Delivery area
We deliver within Lahore only. We do not currently offer delivery outside Lahore or international shipping. Share your complete Lahore address so we can confirm that the location can be served before you place an order.
Confirming the delivery plan
Delivery is arranged after the selected products, quantities, availability, address and applicable charges have been confirmed. An online enquiry or an item added to an enquiry list does not by itself book a delivery.
The estimated date or delivery window is confirmed for each order. We do not promise a standard same day or next day service. Timing depends on the order, availability, route, vehicle requirements and local conditions.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the location, size and weight of the order, vehicle and handling requirements. We will confirm the applicable delivery and handling charges before you agree to the order. Delivery is not automatically free.
Information we need
Provide the full address, Lahore area, a nearby landmark where useful, a reachable phone number and the name of the person receiving the goods. Tell us in advance about restricted access, narrow streets, parking rules, stairs, lifts, floor level or time restrictions.
Large boards and bulky materials need suitable vehicle access and safe handling. Confirm whether the agreed delivery includes unloading, carrying upstairs or movement inside the property. These services are not automatically included simply because delivery is available.
Receiving and checking your order
Please arrange for someone to receive the goods and check the product, quantity and visible condition against the bill. Keep the bill and delivery record. If goods appear damaged, incorrect or short, contact us promptly and share clear photos and the bill so we can investigate before the material is used or altered.
Prompt reporting helps us check what happened; it does not remove any rights you have under applicable law. Returns and exchanges are explained in our Refund and Exchange Policy.
Delays and changes
Traffic, weather, stock issues or access restrictions can affect an agreed delivery plan. Contact us if your address or availability changes. Where a revised delivery arrangement or an additional charge is needed, it must be discussed and agreed with you. An estimate does not remove any rights you have if goods are not supplied as agreed.
